Q: What dimensions of customization do you support? Can you only adjust the width and color?
A: We support full-dimensional customized services, which are far more than just specification adjustments. Specifically, they include: customization of material and composition ratios, customization of width and thickness, customization of elastic strength, customization of color, customization of processes (jacquard, printing, special edge finishing, etc.), as well as customization of special functions, such as high recovery, high-strength load-bearing, antibacterial properties, and other requirements, all of which can be developed on a targeted basis.
Q: How long does sampling generally take? How are the sampling fees charged?
A: For products with conventional specifications and processes, the sampling cycle is 3–5 working days; for customized items with jacquard, special materials, or complex processes, the sampling cycle is 5–7 working days. A reasonable sample fee will be charged according to the material and process complexity of the product. If a corresponding bulk order is placed later and reaches the agreed minimum order quantity, the sample fee can be fully deducted from the payment for the goods.
Q: We don't have professional design drawings; we only have physical samples or roughly described functional requirements. Can you still develop the product?
A: Yes, absolutely. We have an experienced R&D team and support two modes: "sample-based reverse development" and "demand-oriented custom development." Customers only need to provide a physical sample, or clearly describe the core requirements such as the usage scenario, elasticity requirements, expected hand feel, etc., and we will be able to propose material and process solutions. After customer confirmation, we will proceed with sampling and production, with a dedicated contact person following up throughout the entire process.
