What inspection procedures do products undergo before leaving the factory?

A comprehensive pre‑shipment inspection serves as the final quality checkpoint and is a detail that many customers care about regarding quality control. Dongguan Xinhong Weaving Co., Ltd. hereby provides an overview of our inspection process before finished products are dispatched.

Supported by a robust quality management system, Xinhong Weaving has established a multi‑stage inspection mechanism. At the raw material incoming stage, core materials are subject to batch inspection and can only be released for production after confirming compliance with standards. During the production process, each processing step has designated in‑process inspection checkpoints to routinely monitor product appearance, specifications, and other basic parameters, enabling timely correction of any production deviations.

After the finished products are completed, we carry out a dedicated pre‑shipment inspection covering multiple dimensions, including appearance quality, dimensional precision, and basic performance. Each batch is verified according to established standards, and only those that pass the inspection are arranged for shipment. For orders with special inspection requirements, we can also add corresponding test items based on customer needs to ensure that the delivered products meet the agreed quality standards.
